After 20 years in health care and hospital management, Naaman Clonch (President) saw a need for a search firm that truly has an in-depth understanding of the recruiting needs of hospitals. We understand the skill set required for these important positions and only offer individuals that are both qualified and experienced.
Clonch & Associates was created in 2006 with the goal of helping hospitals and highly talented candidates connect. Having a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and having been a Director in hospitals, Clonch has an excellent understanding of hospital management issues and what is required of a candidate to be a successful leader. Our hospital recruiters are all highly trained professionals having many years experience in healthcare and in business environments.
